Our next club meeting will move on from how to catch fish to how to cook fish.  His presentation will include a cooking demonstration with the result available for tasting.  Please eat only a light dinner and be ready to sample something delectable.

For over 25 years, New England’s WildCheff, Denny Corriveau, has been bridging the gap between Field & Ocean to Table.  Noted as the only national educator for cooking all things wild, Denny has an extensive resume that is unsurpassed for sustainable free range cooking.

Often referred to as “The Emeril Lagasse of Wild Food”, WildCheff has filmed for The Food Network, Discovery Channel, NBC Sports, The Sportsman Channel, NH Chronicle, and he is the featured chef for NH Wild Side.

Denny’s fish and game culinary work has also been featured in USA Today Hunt & Fish, Covey Rise Magazine, The Boston Globe, Northwoods Sporting Journal, and many other regional and national magazines. He is also a regular columnist for various outdoor publications and Foodies of New England magazine, where he promotes his clean-eating mantra via free range and wild food. He is a Board Member for the New England Outdoor Writers Association.

In addition, Denny has been a featured celebrity game chef on iHeart Radio’s “The Sporting Life”, sharing the bill with the likes of Henry Winkler “The Fonz”, Wade Boggs, John “Hondo” Havlicek, Bobby Knight, Louise Mandrell, Charlie Daniels, Ted Nugent, QB Jim Kelly, and many other well-known celebrities. He is sought after for radio appearances.

Denny has showcased his culinary skills for large audiences within the outdoor industry, and has been a celebrity chef for the New England Patriots, Duck Dynasty and other celebrities.

As our guest, the WildCheff will share key nuances that will greatly benefit your sea-to-plate cooking, and he will provide a tasty culinary demonstration – showing us how to put into action the knowledge that he shares.
