Please help out at our Fishing Show on March 23, 2024.  Any club member can volunteer for one of the tasks below.  We need help for the following:

• Setup/Breakdown:  Arrange tables, chairs, etc. on Fri 3/22 and put things away on Sat. 3/23 under direction of ???????
• Kitchen:  Serve food under direction of Mike Toole and Bobbie Viel
• Door Attendants:  Take admission money and direct people under direction of John Liss
• Membership Assistant:  Help register new members under direction of Peter Novello
• Video/Photo Assistant:  Take pictures during show and help record talks under direction of Kathy Strauch
• Runners/Spotters:  Be available as a general Go-Fer to deal with last minute tasks as issues arise, under direction of Georgette Henrich
• Food Donation:  Bring a batch of something suitable for serving for lunch.  Please coordinate with Mike Toole so he knows what is coming and is able to set a price and list it on the menu.

Click on the “View & sign up” link below to submit your name.  Your task director will contact you about when and how you can help out.  You will generally be asked to work for 2 hours of the day.

Remember that all talks will be recorded and available on the website, so you will not miss a chance to hear all our speakers.
